They say “the hay is in the barn” …but the last few weeks have felt like someone set some of that hay on fire. 0/10 do not recommend getting a mysterious illness in the last weeks of your training block. After a couple vitamin IV drips, lots of nebulizer treatments, and stealing an Inhaler that doesn’t belong to me…we’re feeling pretty darn good again. HRV is FINALLY back in range.
