WATCH: The center of the eye of Typhoon Tino (international name: Kalmaegi) made landfall over Silago, Southern Leyte at 12 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 4, said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
