When our Neighbourhood Support Team saw 30-year-old Evaldas Lygmalis acting suspiciously, they didn’t believe him when he claimed he had just gone for a wee… After finding out he was wanted for failing to appear in court in relation to drug dealing offences, he was arrested, searched and found in possession of a weapon and more than £500 worth of crack cocaine and heroin.
