The biggest lesson I’ve learned while scaling an American manufacturing facility is 👇🏼 Treat EVERY problem like a puzzle. There isn’t a single situation, problem, obstacle, hurdle, opportunity, or ceiling I’ve encountered that didn’t require creative thinking to solve. Building and scaling a cosmetic manufacturing facility is about experimenting with different machinery and automations and failing (a ton). Without failing, I wouldn’t learn what doesn’t work compared to what COULD work. The @jo
