The city of Los Angeles is investigating a new trend of homeless encampments forming on private properties, including one in Koreatown. Neighbors say people from the encampment have been stealing electricity from businesses and also say they often hear screaming and fighting. The encampment was recently cleared out, and LAPD removed all sorts of items - including bikes, electric scooters, a printer, an industrial vacuum, bags of tools and even a cement mixer. | ABC7
