POPLA is a free service to motorists and you do not have to pay to appeal with us. If your appeal is successful, you do not need to pay the parking charge notice.

The 5 step process We've broken down our process into five steps so you know what to expect throughout your appeals journey and can easily track where you are in the process.

You can make an appeal to POPLA if you have received a parking charge notice (PCN) in respect of parking on private land and have already made representations to the operator which were rejected.

Please note: while your appeal is carried out with POPLA, your parking charge notice will not be suspended and the parking operator may add additional fees for later payment.

In order for us to best answer your question, please provide as much information as possible such as the parking operator’s name and your POPLA verification code.
