Tom Cruise, Dolly Parton, Debbie Allen and Wynn Thomas are set to be the honorees at this year’s Governors Awards, as given by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, the organization behind the Oscars.

The quartet will be celebrated at the Academy's Governors Awards on Sunday, Nov. 16.

Debbie Allen and Wynn Thomas will also receive honorary statuettes later this year. Tom Cruise and Dolly Parton will receive their first Oscars at the 2025 Governors Awards. Debbie Allen and Wynn Thomas are also set for Academy Honorary Awards at the event.
