Cam Thomas returned to action for the Nets during Friday's loss to the Trail Blazers following a two month absence.

What’s clear is they fell back into their losing ways, suffering a 121-102 thrashing at the hands of the Trail Blazers before a sellout crowd of 18,018 at Barclays Center. The loss marked their third straight, after a hot stretch that had seen them win seven of nine.

The Nets shot 45.2% in the first half, which isn’t awful. But they went 3-for-13 from 3-point range, allowed Portland to shoot 64.1% and gave up 10 treys. That, plus 13 turnovers, added up to a 64-47 halftime deficit for Brooklyn.
