Myles Turner scored 23 points as one of eight players in double digits and the Indiana Pacers took a 3-1 first-round series lead with a convincing 129-103 road victory over the Milwaukee Bucks on Sunday night.

Bucks star forward Giannis Antetokounmpo did his best to keep the team afloat, recording 28 points, 15 rebounds and six assists. He shot 9-of-20 from the field in an uncharacteristically inefficient performance, but he had to shoulder most of the offensive load when Lillard went down.

The NBA community is extending their support to Bucks star Damian Lillard after he suffered a serious-looking injury.
