As of now, the Bengals have a projected $47.6 million in free cap space, but it’s a number the team could dramatically boost with a few cuts ahead of an offseason where they need new additions, plus extensions for Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins.

Cincinnati enters this offseason ninth in effective cap space with $44.2 million available, according to Over the Cap. Yet, the Bengals could double that depending on their level of aggressiveness in cutting veterans.

The Cincinnati Bengals will have major decisions to make this upcoming offseason, not the least of which includes what to do with wide receiver Tee Higgins. The good news is the Bengals do enter the offseason with a healthy amount of cap space.

The Bengals are projected to enter the 2025 offseason with just under $50M in cap space, per OverTheCap, the 11th-most in the NFL. Still, that might not be enough for the front office to accomplish all of their offseason goals.
