WASHINGTON — While no one won the $531 million Powerball jackpot in the latest drawing on Wednesday, Aug. 13, three people woke up as millionaires Thursday. One ticket each from New Hampshire, Oregon and Texas each won the $1 million prize for matching all five regular numbers.

The latest Powerball drawing turned out three $1 million winners. No one was lucky enough Wednesday night to hit the Powerball JACKPOT, which now climbs to an estimated $565 million. However, three Powerball players were fortunate enough to match five numbers correctly to win the game’s second-tier prize of $1 million.
