More residents have been placed in SET evacuation status as the Greer Fire continues to spread in northern Arizona.

Hundreds of people have been forced from their homes in Apache County due to the Greer Fire, which has burned 9,500 acres.

Authorities set a "go" status for South Fork and North Woods communities on May 13, 2025, after a fire started on private land and quickly spread.
