Cincinnati Reds manager Terry Francona spoke with reporters on Thursday before they face off against the Detroit Tigers and shared an update on starting pitcher Hunter Greene. Greene went to Los Angeles to get a second opinion on his injured groin,

Cincinnati Reds ace Hunter Greene was still in Los Angeles Friday night, pending one more meeting with specialists before returning to Cincinnati.

"We always kind of encourage that with our guys, that if they want to (seek a second opinion), go," manager Terry Francona said.
