The San Antonio Spurs and Minnesota Timberwolves are creating the "most buzz" in the sweepstakes for Phoenix Suns star Kevin Durant, according to The Ringer's Zach Lowe.

While Durant still has yet to show signs of a real decline (averaging 26.6 points, 6.0 rebounds, and 4.2 assists per game this season), he is entering the final year of his contract.
