MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WSMV) - Update: The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has canceled an Endangered Child Alert after a missing Rutherford County teen was found safe. TBI said Jason Manson Jr. was found safe in Murfreesboro on Sunday night.
The escapee, coined 'Zebra Ed' on social media, was found in a pasture near the Buchanan Estates in Christiana, Tennessee, and was airlifted away by helicopter.
A deputy used a drone to find an escaped zebra nicknamed "Ed" on June 6 in a field near the Christiana community, a press release said.
Ed the zebra is home safe after a dramatic and highly publicized adventure through Middle Tennessee that captivated drivers and residents for more than a week.T
