The Charlotte Hornets cooked again. Charlotte's traditional purple and teal kits are always some of the NBA's sharpest. The unique color combination was a cultural phenomenon in the 1990's, with kids and adults alike all over the country donning the Hornets' color scheme.

The Hornets will debut the uniform in Saturday’s matchup versus the Milwaukee Bucks and two-time MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo.

The Charlotte Hornets unveiled a sleek new uniform on Thursday as part of its four-season “Minted” series. Each year, NBA teams release a “City Edition” uniform, which is designed to highlight some facet of the city in which they are worn.
