A 31-year-old Merrillville man has been arrested and charged in a deadly mass shooting at a northwest Indiana bar over the weekend.

Two people were killed and three others wounded in a shooting early Sunday at a pub in Hammond, Indiana. At about 4 a.m., officers discovered five people shot at Portside Pub, 1516 Indianapolis Boulevard, according to Hammond police.
