French Open champion Coco Gauff is responding to her opponent Aryna Sabalenka's comments after the women's final on Saturday. After the game, Sabalenka told the press in part, "I think she won the match not because she played incredible; just because I made all of those mistakes ... kind of like from easy balls."

Coco Gauff is one of the world's best tennis players, and she proved it with an impressive performance in the French Open. Gauff defeated Aryna Sabalenka in the final, just as she did two years ago at the US Open.

After winning the 2025 French Open, Coco Gauff said it's a title she always wanted. She didn't know the trophy she brought home would be so small.
