An OC Grand Jury report on hate crimes and incidents says the OC Board of Supervisors and others can do better when it comes to tracking and addressing hate.

The Tehama County Grand Jury’s newly released annual report declares, “Tehama County in Turmoil,” as one of its investigations during the 2024-25 year.
