Guevara was arrested June 14 while livestreaming a "No Kings" protest against President Donald Trump's immigration policies in the Embry Hills neighborhood near Atlanta.

Sarah Shaw and her son Isaac have been detained in the South Texas ICE Processing Center for about three weeks.

The application for the “No Kings” protest stated that the event would not have either of those hired security options. The march did, however, enlist security volunteers.
