The sweepstakes around a potential trade for Phoenix Suns star Kevin Durant have taken a new turn. There have been multiple reports around where Durant could go this offseason, with the veteran having a few preferred landing spots.

While the Knicks are said to no longer be pursuing a trade for the 15-time All-Star, NBA insider Marc Stein reports that Durant would have had interest in landing in New York. Though, Durant “omitted” the Knicks from his preferred list of landing spots after the Knicks made it known they wouldn’t be trading for him early in the offseason.
