Samsung has paused the rollout of One UI 8 for the Galaxy S22 series. There's no word on when the rollout will resume.

YouTube has announced that it is rolling out several updates to the platform across the mobile, TV, and web apps.

The update had suddenly disappeared from Samsung’s servers. A post by @Koram_Akhilesh pointed out the missing firmware, suggesting that Samsung may have pulled it after discovering a stability issue.
