Following Sunday's contest, the Fever will have an extended break. They won't return to action until Aug. 22, when they'll return home to take on the first-place Minnesota Lynx. The team, and perhaps Clark, will have much-needed practice time during that period. Still, it remains unclear when she'll return to practice, let alone games.

Indiana Fever head coach Stephanie White said the team's "hope" is that star guard Caitlin Clark returns at some point in the regular season.
