BEAUMONT, Texas — With a winter storm sweeping across Southeast Texas many are feeling the chill, however this cold snap isn't just effecting people. The cold weather is also taking a toll on one of Louisiana's and Southeast Texas' favorite tradition, crawfish season.

As severe weather remains possible for Southeast Texas, a tornado watch has been extended for three counties in the area. The National Weather Service Lake Charles has extended a tornado watch for Hardin, Jasper and Newton counties until 9 p.m. on Sunday.
