Tulare County Library offering free ESL classes for adults The goal is to connect learners to community opportunities, including jobs.

EAST LONGMEADOW — The Public Library will be offering weekly ESL classes for interested local residents, beginning this afternoon, Wednesday, September 10.

We have conversation clubs, ESL classes and the reading program,” said Mark Fink, the library district’s service manager for outreach and public awareness.
