Police have identified a man suspected of shooting a driver who plowed into a crowd outside of an East Hollywood music venue in July. Authorities are asking the public for help in locating Efrain Villalobos, a 28-year-old resident of Lawndale, according to a news release.

The suspect, identified as Efrain Villalobos, fled the scene after allegedly shooting the driver in the lower back, officials said.

Pittsburgh Police said a man and woman were both shot. The woman was found in the area of Penn Avenue and Garrison Place and had been shot in the leg. The man was found a block down the street and had been shot in the arm and leg. They were taken to a hospital for treatment and are in stable condition. Police are looking for a suspect at this time.
