Safeway is launching grocery delivery in the Denver metro area, joining King Soopers, Walmart and third-party providers like Instacart in offering the increasingly popular service.

With the banner change of nine Denver stores from Albertsons to Safeway, AB Aquisition will operate have a total of 114 stores in Colorado including 104 Safeway stores and 10 Albertsons stores.
