TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - In efforts to ensure kids get to go home and crawl into a cozy bed, Sleep in Heavenly Peace held its bed build Saturday morning in the parking lot of Owls Nest at 29th & Adams.

Sleep in Heavenly Peace, a NewsChannel 21 Cares for Kids partner, had a very successful 'bed build' this weekend in Bend, as 125 volunteers assembled 132 beds for kids in just four hours.
