Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier is launching an investigation into developer Roblox Corporation, alleging that the online game creator Roblox is a "breeding ground" for predators that enables child abuse.

The family is among dozens suing Roblox, Discord and other tech platforms, alleging they allowed sexual predators access to their children.

Parents are raising new concerns about Roblox, one of the most popular online games for kids, after reports that predators are using the platform to groom and exploit children — even when parental controls are in place.

Companies like Roblox have become breeding grounds for predators to get to and have access to our kids,” Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier said.
