Popular online video game Roblox is facing another suit, this time from Texas, for failing to protect children from adult sexual predators.

"It was the first time that a court ... analyzed the application of ending forced arbitration in a situation like this," said Pat Huyett, a partner at Anapol Weiss who is representing plaintiffs in litigation against Roblox.

Australia's eSafety commissioner says her team has "taken Roblox to task" over its risk of exposing children to harm but warned the online gaming platform may not be included in the upcoming social media ban.
