Opponents of President Donald Trump’s administration are set to rally in nearly 2,000 cities and towns this weekend.

Across the country, relatively few disruptions were reported during protests and marches where the mood ranged from joyful to defiant.

As many as 100 people showed up in Old Towne Petersburg to protest Trump policies before torrential rains chased many of them away
