Oregon Tech junior guard Tatum Schmerbach was named the Cascade Collegiate Conference women’s basketball player of the year, as announced Tuesday by the league office.
Salisbury’s Leah Huggins Herndon was voted CCC Coach of the Year. Salisbury senior Ashley Yang tied for second in the voting for CCC Player of the Year.
