U.S. women's national team winger Trinity Rodman and the Washington Spirit have agreed to a new contract through 2028, the club announced on Thursday.

Rodman’s new deal is set to make her the highest-paid women’s soccer players in the world, worth in excess of $2 million annually, according to her agent, Mike Senkowski of Upper 90 Sports Group.
