The GC contenders in the Tour de France Femmes kept each other in check on Thursday, but Friday will bring a new opportunity.

Defending Tour de France champion Tadej Pogacar won Stage 7 after a frantic finish on Friday to reclaim the yellow jersey and overall lead in 2025.

The defending champion conquers the steep Mur-de-Bretagne climb and holds a 54-second lead as the overwhelming favorite to win a fourth Tour title.

The 168km stage starts in Castel di Sangro and the peloton will be climbing straight out of the neutral zone with the 7.8km Roccaraso climb starting as soon as the flag drops.
