Firaxis has announced a virtual reality version of the recently released Civilization 7, called Sid Meier's Civilization 7 - VR. It's exclusive to the Meta Quest 3 and 3S.

A new Ages system Sid Meier’s Civilization 7 introduces a new Ages system which “splits human history into three Ages: Antiquity, Exploration, and Modern.” Each Age will have age-exclusive resources, units, civilizations, and “Ageless elements that endure throughout entire campaigns.”

While Sid Meier's Civilization 7 supports cross-play across platforms, Nintendo Switch players face some limitations. As previously mentioned, the Switch version does not support Standard or larger map sizes. This means only four players can participate in the Antiquity & Exploration Ages, while six players are supported in the Modern Age.
