Board member Chris Van Denhende says he's more concerned with State Superintendent Ryan Walters' plan to test teachers who transfer from other states, and Walters' violation of state statute.

In July, columnists tackled topics ranging from Ryan Walters, to public broadcasting, to IRS tax code change for churches.
