Chicago police arrested 17 people over the course of the hours-long protest on Tuesday. Multiple city vehicles could be seen with anti-CPD, anti-ICE graffiti.

Protests over the Trump administration’s immigration enforcement continued to spread to cities across the United States, drawing stark warnings from the White House that it would not hesitate to expand its deployment of National Guard troops and Marines to quell demonstrations beyond Los Angeles.

Another protest against the Trump administration is being planned Saturday for Daley Plaza as part of a nationally coordinated series of demonstrations.
