Community lunches, fish fries for Lenten season start on Wednesday
St. Francis Solanus Parish will host its Holy Name St. Francis Fish Fry from 4:30-7:30 p.m. Wednesday in the parish hall, 1721 College Ave. Meals are $13 for adults, $7 for kids 6-12, kids five and under eat free. The meals include catfish filets, potato salad, baked beans and macaroni and cheese, and coleslaw.
