The Chicago Sky have struggled in the early part of the 2025 WNBA season as they dropped to 2-5 after Saturday's loss to the Indiana Fever. While the team did relinquish a season-low 79 points to Indiana, they only scored 52 points, which was the franchise's lowest output since the 2011 season.

WNBA legend Candace Parker spoke out recently about Reese. She sent a very pointed message about the young Sky star and what she needs to do to take the next step.

Angel Reese averaged 13 points and 13 rebounds per game for the Chicago Sky last season. During the 2025 season, Reese is averaging 9 points and 12 rebounds per game while shooting roughly 30 percent from the field.

After struggling in their first two games without star guard Caitlin Clark (quad strain), the Fever have now won their last two outings to get back to .500 on the season at 4-4. K
