TikTok’s biggest star, Khaby Lame, has departed the United States following his detention by immigration authorities in Las Vegas. According to a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement representative,

Khaby Lame, the world’s most popular TikTok personality with millions of followers, has left the U.S. after being detained by immigration agents in Las Vegas for allegedly overstaying his visa.

Conservative commentator Bo Loudon appears to have been the first to publicly mention Lame's detention. Loudon claimed that he reported Lame to authorities on June 6 and shared what he claimed was a screenshot from the ICE website indicating that Lame was being held at the Henderson Detention Center in Nevada.
