Births are rare on New York City's transit system, but not unheard of. In 2012, Wanda Dueno, 24, went into labor on the J train near Chambers Street and gave birth to a baby boy. And in January 1993, 21 year old Vida Boateng gave birth to a baby girl at the Wall Street subway station on the 3 line.
